Your Australian sales team, without opening an office.
We help independent European brands enter Australia and New Zealand with the right price, timing and retail partners, and you only pay commission on the orders we bring in.
Wholesale representation for AU/NZ.
Our main focus is contemporary fashion, streetwear, accessories and lifestyle labels from Germany, Scandinavia, the Netherlands and Spain.
Market-entry assessment
Which of your styles suit the Australian climate and customer, which retailers fit your positioning, and what your prices look like once landed here.
AUD line sheets & pricing
Wholesale and RRP in Australian dollars, built on a transparent landed-cost model covering freight, duty, GST and retail margin.
Retail outreach & order management
We prospect and pitch boutiques and retailers, run buyer appointments, collect orders and handle reorders and day-to-day account questions.
Southern-hemisphere timing
We map your collection calendar to Australian buying windows, so summer product lands for our summer and not six months late.
Compliance pointers
Care-labelling requirements, mandatory product-safety standards, and country-of-origin and consumer-law basics. We point you to the right specialists when needed.
Customs & 3PL introductions
Introductions to licensed customs brokers, freight forwarders and local warehousing partners, so you choose the setup that suits your volumes.
German and Swedish pantry brands, matched with Australian importers.
We also work with shelf-stable food and drink brands, such as coffee, confectionery, cereals, biscuits and soft drinks, that want to reach Australian shelves.
In this line we act as a broker. We introduce your brand to established Australian importers, distributors and specialty grocers, who import the product and are responsible for it as the importer. We support the commercial conversation and help you prepare.
- Identifying suitable importers and specialty retail partners
- Preparing an Australian-ready product and pricing pitch
- Flagging FSANZ labelling and import requirements early, with specialist partners
- Pointing you to biosecurity and imported-food checks that may apply
- Representation at Australian food trade events
We focus on shelf-stable products. Fresh, chilled and some animal-derived products face stricter biosecurity rules and may not be a fit.
Commission-based, so we only earn when you sell.
For fashion and lifestyle brands, we typically work on commission on wholesale orders we generate in our territory. Food brokerage can be commission-based or a modest monthly retainer, depending on scope. Terms are agreed in writing up front, and you stay in control of your brand and pricing.
Low upfront risk
No expensive local entity, office or hire needed to test the market.
Clear territory
Agreed scope across Australia and/or New Zealand, with defined channels.
Room to grow
As demand builds, we can talk about deeper distribution options.
About the Australia–EU Free Trade Agreement. Negotiations concluded in March 2026, but the agreement is not yet in force. It still has to be signed and ratified on both sides. Once it applies, it is expected to remove Australia's 5% tariff on EU clothing and footwear. Until then, standard duties and 10% GST apply, and we price accordingly.
